Thinking inside the bubble isn’t enough in the new era of the 21st century. Thinking outside the bubble must be a part of the conversation.
At some point in time any business can be hit with disruptive forces, fierce competition and uncertainty when it comes to doing business the right way so it can survive the economic landscape.
In order for any organization to navigate and adapt so it can thrive amid these factors, strong leadership and planning for tomorrow, not just in the moment, is key. Having a bold vision is important but thinking in the 1980’s or 1990’s isn’t going to be enough. Today’s changing economic landscape requires leadership that’s flexible to new ideas as well as old ideas which enable organizations to be led the right way.
